The Business Funding Club — Capital for work you've already won

How we make money: The Business Funding Club is a referral service, not a lender and not a broker. We refer applications to ROK Financial, who make every funding decision. ROK pays us when a business we refer receives funding. It is free to you, and nothing here is an offer of credit. Read the full disclosure.

Capital for work you’ve already won

You won the contract. Now you have to fund it.

Payroll, materials, equipment and bonding all come due before the first invoice gets paid. The Business Funding Club connects small businesses to ROK Financial for the capital that covers the gap.

Who this is for

Operators who are in front of their cash, not behind it.

You signed something bigger than anything you’ve done before. That’s a good problem, and it’s still a problem: the work starts now and the money arrives later. That gap is the whole reason this Club exists.

01

Contractors and trades

Mobilization costs land weeks before the first draw. Crews, material deposits, and equipment don’t wait on a payment schedule.

02

Services and logistics

A new account doubles your headcount before it pays you once. Payroll runs every two weeks regardless.

03

Federal contract winners

Government payment terms lag mobilization by 30 to 60 days or more, and the first award is the hardest one to carry. More on federal awards.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

  1. You start an application

One form. Business details, not a pitch. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.

  2. We refer it to ROK Financial

ROK is our funding partner. They review the application, they decide what they can do, and they contact you directly. We are not in that conversation and we do not set the terms of it.

  3. You talk to a person at ROK

An advisor walks you through what’s available for a business like yours and what they’d need to see. You decide from there. Nothing is committed until you sign something.

The longer version, including what we get out of it

Before you start

What ROK looks for.

Stated plainly so you don’t spend time on a form that isn’t built for your business yet. These are ROK’s published minimums to be considered — meeting them is the starting line, not a decision.

3 months minimum time in business
$15,000 minimum monthly gross revenue
U.S. based and operating

Credit history is one input among several, and a lower score does not end the conversation. ROK reviews the whole picture — revenue, deposits, time in business, and what the money is for.

Plainly

What we are, and what we are not.

We are a referral club. We introduce small businesses to ROK Financial. That’s the whole service, and it’s free to you.

We are not a lender and not a broker. We don’t fund anything, we don’t quote figures, and we don’t negotiate on your behalf. If someone tells you what your financing will look like before ROK has reviewed your file, that person is guessing.

We are paid by ROK, not by you. When a business we refer gets funded, ROK compensates us. You are never charged a membership fee or an application fee, by us or by anyone acting for us. Full disclosure here.
